Chrissy Monteleone is a senior lecturer in curriculum and teaching at the Australian Catholic University. She is an experienced early childhood and primary school teacher. Her school-based experience includes working in Primary Schools and as a Consultant (mathematics, gifted education, early learning, technology) for Catholic Schools in Sydney. Chrissy leads the NSW Professional Experience Hub initiatives at ACU and is the Deputy Head of School (Strathfield). Chrissy's research focuses on critical mathematical thinking in young students. Other research projects focus on Initial Teacher Education Professional Experiences and Partnerships between Universities and School Systems.
