Biographical Information

Trajce Cvetkovski is Senior Lecturer and Discipline Leader at the Peter Faber Business School, Faculty of Law and Business. He has practised as a lawyer since 1996 and was an OHS/WHS prosecutor, and Principal Legal Officer for Queensland's Office of Industrial Relations for 13 years. He also taught law, policy and governance units at the The University of Queensland (2002-18). He has published three books in the fields of political economy and popular culture, and copyright regulation and governance. Trajce specialises in OHSE compliance and work health and safety regulation and has prosecuted several complex health and safety matters including heat exhaustion, bullying, electrical safety, and reckless conduct. His research interests currently include sentencing disparities under harmonised legislation and costs associated with achieving OHS regulation and compliance. He is an A Class member of the Bar Association Queensland.
