Biographical Information

BA (Hons) DipEd (Syd); MA Phd (Toronto)

Jennifer Carpenter completed her doctorate in Medieval Studies at the University of Toronto, and now teaches Medieval History and Communication. Her research has made use of hagiographical and other sources to explore the history of gender, religion and most recently, emotion in the Middle Ages.
